CLAP - Empowering Families
Our organization is dedicated to empowering families impacted by cancer. In addition to helping families create legacy projects, we partner with UPMC - University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital to financially assist families battling cancer. We partner with these organization's social workers and palliative caregivers to determine services where CLAP can contribute: transportation services, household bills, caregiver/respite care, and other patient needs.
