Legacy Projects

CLAP assists and encourages individuals who have lost an immediate family member to cancer to carry out projects or actions that extend their loved one's legacy. These projects are as varied as the individuals we're honoring. From quilts and stuffed animals made from t-shirts, to tattoos and thumbprint jewelry, to art smocks and book donations, we help families carry their loved one's legacy forward. 

While we would love to help every family dream big, and we do fundraise constantly, we ask families to think of what was MOST important to their loved one - what's that ONE thing that was core to who they were - and then we design a project together. CLAP then taps into our extensive network to make it happen!
