Please sign up and pay $30 via VENMO app @CLAP-USA (under charities) https://www.venmo.com/u/CLAP-USA.   In the “notes” section, please write your full name, sex, age and size of t-shirt).  You DO NOT need to fill out Pretzel City’s registration form.

Please join us for a 5K event at Norristown Farm Park.  This is a paved walking trail race with a few rolling hills, no need to worry about car traffic! $25 will be given to the 1st overall women and male winner.  Medals will be presented to the top three females and males in the following age groups:  14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-60 and 70+.  This is a manually timed event by Pretzel City Sports with complete official race results

This course is stroller and dog friendly (on leash) and will be held rain or shine.  SORRY, NO DAY OF RACE SIGN-UPS ALLOWED.  

Packet pick up begins at 8am with the race starting at 9am.

WHAT: CLAP (Cancer Legacy in Action Projects) assists and encourages individuals (primarily children) who have lost an immediate family member to cancer to carry out projects or actions that extend their loved one's legacy.

WHERE: Norristown Farm Park, Pavilion 1. : follow signage to Pavilion #1 and #2. There will be CLAP signs and balloons to help guide you to the parking, bib pick-up area and start of the race.

WHEN: Saturday, October 31, 2026

             8:00 a.m. – Packet Pick-up begins
            9:00 a.m.– 5K Run/Walk begins
            10:15 a.m. – Award presentation at finish l
